• Cook to spec, keep the place clean and stocked
• Move quick, talk to your people, help the person beside you
• Respect the food, the team, and the health inspector
• Ride out a rush without melting down — and enjoy it a little

• Reliable — you show up, ready to work
• Quick on your feet and calm-ish under fire
• A team player with a sense of humour and no drama
• Cool with late nights, weekends, and the occasional beautiful chaos
