Seasonal Housekeeper / Property Assistant

Brookside Motel is looking for a reliable and hardworking seasonal housekeeper to join our team from June 1st to October 1st.

Our property consists of fully equipped cabin accommodations in a beautiful mountain setting.

Job Duties

• Cleaning guest cabins between stays
• Daily touch-up cleaning for occupied cabins
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas
• Laundry and restocking supplies
• General upkeep and light property maintenance
• Helping keep the property clean, organized, and welcoming for guests

Cabin Information

All guest accommodations are private cabins with:

• Living room
• Kitchenette
• Private bathroom

Cabins range from:

• 1-bedroom cabins
• 2-bedroom cabins
• 3-bedroom cabins

Employment Details

• Full-time seasonal employment (June 1st–October 1st)
• Average 70–80 hours bi-weekly
• 1 day off per week
• Free staff accommodation provided during employment

Ideal Candidate

• Responsible and dependable
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work independently
• Physically capable of cleaning duties and light maintenance work
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset, but not required
