BAKER

We are seeking a reliable and detail - oriented baker to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for baking, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in producing consistent, high quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• prepare and bake a variety of products including breads, pastries, cakes and other baked goods.
• follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• measure,  mix and shape doughs 
• maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety
• collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily production

Qualifications:

•  previous baking experience in a commercial setting preferred.
•  knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and food safety practices.
•  ability to work early morning shifts and stand for extended periods 
•  strong attention to detail and time management skills
• ability to work independently and as part of a small team
