Customer Service & Inventory Controller
Company Overview: We are a retail store providing print services & product sales to walk-in, email, and social media customers in Golden, BC. The products we carry range from office & school to fine art supplies. Our print shop is based around a Xerox Versant 280 digital press with extensive finishing units. Our small team is made up of highly competent, knowledgeable, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals.
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated person to replace one of our long-standing team members who is moving on to new opportunities. Since we are a small team, our new staff member needs to be wholely invested in becoming part of that team. With training and experience, that new team member will become responsible for a significant element of the inventory control. Working closely with other members of the team they will also be responsible for customer service, printing, elements of back-to-school preparedness, and general duties within the store.
Responsibilities (within the environment of the team):
- Full customer service
- Assist in maintaining inventory at appropriate levels, including:
Maintaining display shelf inventory
Helping maintain warehouse organization
Using & verifying automatically generated supplier orders
Receiving vendor orders into the inventory system
Inventory counting
Other associated tasks
- Become familiar, capable and competent within the print production environment to develop an equal role in print production, including pre- and post-production tasks

Wage Information
We offer a competitive, performance-based wage.
Month 1: $18.25
Months 2 & 3: $19.50
Months 4-6: $20.50
Months 7-12: $21.50
Months 13+: $22.50
