General Labourer

About Us:
Northern Lights Wolf Centre is a unique wildlife education facility located just outside Golden, BC. We’re currently looking for a hardworking and reliable General Labourer to join our team and help with the upkeep of our grounds and facilities.

Position Summary:
This role involves a variety of outdoor physical tasks, including firewood cutting and stacking, yard maintenance (mowing, brushing, snow removal), and general upkeep of the property. Ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and can work independently. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, split, and stack firewood
• Brush clearing and general yard maintenance
• Snow removal and grass cutting (seasonal)
• General facility upkeep as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions0Candidates
• Experience using and maintaining a chainsaw
• Ability to work independently and follow direction

Wage & Hours:

• $25.00/hour
• 25 to 40 hours per week, depending on the season and availability
• Flexible scheduling: full-time or part-time during the season, or casual year-round work available
